Rory is an actor, writer, director and facilitator from East Sussex, and the co-Artistic Director of Beardance. He trained on the BA Acting course at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where he won both the Josephine Hart Prize and the Michael Bryant Award. He founded Beardance in 2019 as a response to the continuing lack of representation in British theatre.

Charlotte is an actor, deviser, director and producer. She has devised and produced shows with TrailBlaze theatre company before graduating with a MA in Acting from Guildhall School of Music & Drama. She has performed for Amazon Prime, Channel 5 and BBC Radio 4, and devised two R&D pieces with Part of the Main. She joined Beardance in April 2022, and has since become co-Artistic Director.
